Acknowledge receipt
You reached this page from a handover notice. Acknowledging confirms the enquiry was received by the school's route; it is not an offer, a decision or a reply.
What the states mean
- stored: received and read back; not yet handed to a recipient.
- queued: a delivery attempt failed and a retry is scheduled; nothing is lost.
- delivered: accepted by the recipient's route; awaiting their acknowledgement. Delivery is not a response.
- acknowledged: the recipient acknowledged receipt. This is not an admissions decision.
- failed: every delivery attempt failed; the owner has been alerted and the enquiry is retained.
