Not yet open: schools cannot verify an email address or submit details on this page yet. Until they can, write to us as set out below.
Confirm or correct the practical details families need: when they can apply, which ages you admit, fees, day and boarding options, subjects, assessments and open events. You can also confirm the contact route families should use for admissions enquiries.
Once verification opens, every submission will be reviewed before publication and shown with the date it applies from. The route is for representatives using a school email address.
This route is for practical details, not results. To question a figure about your school, or to respond to one, use the schools’ right of reply.
Until verification opens, write to us
- A figure about your school looks wrong, or you want to respond to it
- Write to corrections@theschoolsrecord.co.uk from a school email address and name the page or record. We reply within 10 working days.
- A practical detail has changed
- For entry points, fees, day or boarding, open events or the admissions contact, write to hello@theschoolsrecord.co.uk from a school email address, with a link to the school page that shows the change. We reply within 10 working days and tell you whether and when the detail will be shown.
How school verification will work
- Verify your school email. Give your school, organisation and school email address. Personal email addresses cannot be used. A code is sent to that address and expires after 24 hours.
- Enter the code. Confirmation lets you submit information during this browser session.
- Send the detail. State what is changing, when it applies and, where possible, link to the school publication supporting it.
- Check the review. Each submission is accepted or declined with a written note. Accepted details appear as “confirmed by the school”, with their date.
